400+ BBL tanks: We open the vents and check for dangerous gases and LELs. Vent it if necessary. Then we'll go in through the hatch cover and start pressure washing to desired cleaning level. If solids are present, we would remove those via shovel, pressure washer and hose (4"-6").
Frac-Tank Clean-outs:
Check gases and LELs and vent if necessary. Open both manholes and skylights for fresh air intake and light. Then we'll go in through the hatch over and start pressure washing to desired cleaning level. If solids are present, we would remove those via plastic shovel, pressure washer and hose (6"-8").

Flock Tanks:
Normally use the 8" boom with sticks to clean out each flock bin. Shoveling may be needed in some circumstances. Pressure wash to desired cleaning level. If solids are present, we would remove those via shovel, pressure washer and hose (6"-8").
Flow Back Vessels:
Check gases and LELs and vent if necessary. Open both manholes and skylights for fresh air intake and light. Then we'll go in through the hatch cover and start pressure washing to desired cleaning leve. If solids are present, we would remove those via plastic shovelm, pressure washer and hose (4"-6"). Preferable to have 2 swampers in the tank, 1 person on watch and the last person on rescue however it is doable with 3 people...1 swamper, 1 monitor/watch and 1 rescue.
Mud Vac Pump:
Pressure wash inside and out....vac out the inside.
Vac Trailer:
Check gases and LELs and vent if necessary. If solids are present, we would remove those via shovel, pressure wash and hose. Clean to desired level.
Treater PM(clean outs and inspections):
Check gases and LELs and vent if necessary. If solids are present, we would remove those via pressure washer and hydrovac. Clean to desired level. Note inspections of all gaskets, coatings, anode, fire tubes, stacks and couplers.
